Drive time to Yakima = 2.5 hours. Flying in and out of Seattle provides new travelers to the PNW with the best option for exploring all that Washington has to offer. Easy access to Pikes Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Pacific Science Center (among other Seattle staples!) AND a drive over the beautiful Cascade Mountain Range to Yakima to enjoy the desert climate and our wedding. Rental cars are easier to acquire in Seattle.

Drive time to Yakima = 3-3.5 hours Portland airport is another large airport with many flights and lots of car rental options. A short drive to the beautiful Oregon coast before or after the wedding would be a lovely extended west coast trip.
