Dear Family and Friends, We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you! For your convenience, we have secured a room block at the Omni Richmond Hotel with a discounted rate for our guests. You can book your room using one of the following methods: 💻 Use our dedicated booking link: [https://bookings.omnihotels.com/event/richmond/snipes-gonzalez-wedding-room-block] 📞 Call 800-THE-OMNI (800-843-6664) and reference the Snipes Gonzalez Wedding Room Block A few important details to keep in mind: ✨ You may notice that the hotel booking system shows availability for several days before and after our wedding. This is because the hotel has arranged for a few extra 'shoulder' days at the discounted rate for those who may want to extend their stay. Most guests will only need a room for the night of May 24th. Feel free to book additional nights if you'd like, but reserving just for the wedding night is completely fine! ✨ A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged one night’s room and tax. ✨ To receive the discounted rate and count toward our room block, you must book using the phone number or link provided. Reservations made on third-party sites (Expedia, Priceline, etc.) or directly on the Omni website will not be included in our block. 📅 Booking Deadline: April 29, 2025 After this date, any unsold rooms will be released, and reservations will be at the hotel’s standard rates.
