LeAnn has been my go to person ever since I moved to Sioux Falls in 2014. Well...after she made me become friends with her. Haha! I've gotten to experience so much life, laughter and fun because of her. We've been able to support each other through the ups and downs of life, taken lots of trips, so many puzzles completed and all the painting we could handle. I couldn't see this day happening without her by my side.

Rebecca is my best friend, my chosen sister, and one of the most important people in my life. We have similar personalities, instincts and ways of seeing the world. She has helped me understand myself better, feel things more clearly, and show up as a better person. When life gets hard, she shows up without being asked. She is my family — claimed, loved, and irreplaceable. There is no one better suited to stand beside me.

Sam is my sister. As you can imagine we've had our share of sibling fights and disagreements over the years. Life has thrown a few curve balls our way, but I couldn't be happier with how our relationship and friendship has evolved over the last few years. She's someone who I can count on when I need her most. I'm so excited that she'll be standing up to support me on my wedding day!

Don is one of my dearest friends and one of the kindest people I have ever known. Don is the kind of person who makes everyone around him better simply by being who he is — generous, capable, and quietly remarkable. He has a way of brightening the world for everyone around him. I am not at all surprised to have my friend showing up for me once again. I am honored to have him be part of my story again.

I met Alisha while in college at Morningside and became fast friends. After graduation we both moved down to Kansas City to attend graduate school. Life sent us in different directions after graduation, but despite all the miles between us over the last decade she's still one of my best friends. I love how we're able to pick up right where we left off no matter how much time it's been since we've seen each other. I really couldn't imagine my wedding day without her beside me.

The list of incredible people in my life is long — Mike sits right at the top. I've had the privilege of watching him grow as a grappler, an officer, a husband, and now as father. Mike has a heart of gold, and he has shown up for me and my family time and again. Our friendship was built over UFC fights, white belt wars, and time on the range. One of my favorite things about us is how we've traded the student and teacher roles depending on whose turf we were on. It has made for some of of the most interesting and dynamic of exchanges. I couldn't be more proud of the man he's become, and I couldn't be happier to have him by my side today.

Cecilia is Justin's daughter. She may be small, but she has the biggest heart. She's funny, feisty, crafty and just a wonderful kid to be around. I couldn't be happier to have her standing up with us as we officially start our lives together as a family!

Roman is Justin's son. Smart, funny and growing into someone truly worth watching. He has no idea yet just how remarkable he is. He has a heart as big as he is and a laugh that brightens the room. He is truly a special young man. Having him stand with us on this day means everything. We couldn't imagine it without him beside us.
