Absolutely not, while everyone is welcome to sail-abrate with us, you are also welcome to attend the wedding without sailing. Anyone not sailing will have to leave the ship by 3 pm, but that is plenty of time to hang out with us!
We tried, couldn’t find a super good deal so we booked through Carnival directly. The Carnival website does have different promotions and deals going on, so we recommend checking through their site or if you have your own travel agent that could work too!
Please RSVP by no later than October 12th as a complete guest list must be sent to Carnival and U.S. Customs for all guests whether they are sailing or not.
Due to limited space on our guest list, only invited children are welcome to attend the ceremony. However, if you are planning on just joining for the cruise, kids of all ages are allowed on the ship.
If you are looking to book a hotel in Miami before the trip, we would recommend staying near to the Port of Miami due to the early time we need to be at the port on the wedding day! Outside of that - please book wherever you feel comfortable if you are arriving to Miami early!
Parking at the port is available for $22/night for sailing guests. TBD for guests only visiting for the ceremony. Please see the "Important Travel & Cruise Details" for more information.
The dress code for the ceremony is Formal - and do keep in mind you should be dressed prior to boarding the ship, so please wear something comfortable and that you don’t mind wearing for a little bit.
The ceremony and reception are taking place ON the Carnival Celebration, so being that you will be boarding a ship you will need some identification to get through security. If you are sailing, please ensure you have a passport and your boarding documents. If you are not sailing, you will still need government issued ID and we will have a temporary boarding pass for you as well. Everyone regardless of cruising or just dropping in will have to go through Security and/or Customs.
Due to limited space on the guest list - we ask that only invited guests attend at this time. As it gets closer to, and if we do have some space free up, and you have someone you would like to attend, please ask us before inviting anyone.
