Justin and I were both trying our luck online. I am a Disney fan and Oliver and Company is one of my favorites. Justin noticed that in my profile and send me a message that it was one of his favorites as well. And that's how it all started.

After talking on Eharmony for a few weeks we finally decided to meet in person. We decided on ND Asia as our first meet-up. We sat and talked for 5 hours before the staff finally had to kick us out for closing time. They even gave us a free ND Asia calendar. The calendar had there closing time on it. We think they were making sure we knew for the future. :)

Our second date came at The Putt District in downtown Minot. The mini golf didn't take long but after we just walked and talked in downtown. We just keep circling the same area around and around for a few hours.

Our 3rd date was at the North Hill Bowl. After a few rounds we went out to the parking lot and talked for a long time. This is the night I asked Justin if he would be my boyfriend. He said yes and we shared our first kiss. Then I invited him over for Christmas.

So we had a date night we were headed to the bowling alley. The plan was for the proposal to happen at the bowling alley since thats were Jayden asked me to be her boyfriend, HOWEVER, when I asked if she wanted to open her 'Gift' at the bowling alley she said she wanted to wait after we ate. Of course I just went with it. After diner at Longhorn Steakhouse (highly recommend). We headed back out to the vehicle were we finally exchanged gifts. Jayden received a new pair of dude shoes with a bonus gift inside. She found a box inside her new shoes with the ring inside she was a little surprised to say the least. Was it a little cheesy? Sure, but everything is better with a little cheese. Unless you have a dairy issue then probably not.
