Where should I stay if traveling from out of town?

Answer

We have arranged a block of rooms with a discount price at the Portola Hotel & Spa, which is walking distance to the wedding venue. What are the Covid-19 precautions?

Answer

For the safety of our guests and the policy of the venue, all attendees MUST be vaccinated to attend. Proof of vaccination will be checked at door.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outside but the dance floor will be inside.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. The bay can get a little chilly, especially at night, so we recommend bringing a light jacket. Ladies, we will be dancing all night so plan your shoes accordingly ;) -Glo

What time should I arrive for the ceramony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30mins early to find your seat.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, please respect our invitation and come alone. Don't worry, we'll make sure you still have fun!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There are public parking lots/garages by the venue (prices may vary). Street parking is limited. Ubers/Lyfts may be easily ordered to the venue (depending on where you're staying), but will be more difficult to book leaving the Perry House due to the late time. If using a rideshare or taxi service, we recommend reserving your return trip ahead of time. We have a block of rooms reserved at Portola Hotel and Spa that is walking distance from the venue. Additionally, there are multiple hotels in the area that is also walking distance. See "@ the hotel lobby" tab for more details.

Reception ends at 10pm. Afterparty venue/bar is a 5 minute walk @ Cibo Ristorante Italiano

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Adults only please.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

The final day to RSVP is May 2, 2022. We unfortunately must give a final count to the venue and have limited ability to change our guest count after the May 2nd deadline. We understand that sometimes circumstances change and if you responded that you could attend and later cannot, please let us know as soon as possible.
