Honestly, who really knows?! We guess you could say mutual friends... but there's one night that stands out in our memories. September 16th, 2011. It was a lovely night ( we think?) in the deep south of Oakland on University of Pittsburgh's campus. Justin drank too much, Gina made him ramen; and that's how our love story began.

About 6 years later.... Justin took Gina back to where their relationship first began. We always say our relationship corresponded with our current mode of transportation. First, we walked everywhere in Oakland, then we branched out and learned the Pittsburgh bus routes, finally (and thankfully) we got cars! Anyway, we went on a classic Oakland date: Dinner, drinks, and a nighttime walk to recreate and reminisce about the early days. We walked to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial where we had spent our first date talking late into the night. Justin got down on one knee and popped the question! Gina said "are you sure!?," followed by an obvious and quick "Yes!"
