We’ve embraced each other’s imperfections, understanding that neither of us is flawless, and perhaps that was never the point. There were moments we walked away, moments we raised our white flags, and moments we tapped out more times than we can count. Yet, beneath it all, we always knew deep within that what we share is real, enduring, and still very much alive to this day. We came to understand that we both longed for the same things, needed the same foundation of love, trust, and connection but at times, we stood as our own greatest barriers. In humility, we recognized we could not do this alone. So we invited God into the center of our hearts and into the center of our bond. Our loyalty, our unwavering strength, our patience, and the way we have stood by each other through every season of life speak volumes beyond what words can capture. We have laughed together in joy, cried together in sorrow, struggled through valleys, and grown through every lesson life demanded of us.
