Once there was a decently athletic boy who volunteered to play on a softball team in place of a friend. On that team was a very pretty and athletic girl who caught his eye. One Sunday, their team was playing a morning game and the boy’s other team was in need of a sub for an afternoon double header, so he casually asked the girl. She gladly accepted and after the game the boy asked for her number, “just in case his team was in need of a sub in the future…” ; ). She obliged, they began to chat, and he eventually asked her out for dinner and drinks! That, ladies and gentleman, is where our story begins!!! Since that first date, the two have shared many adventures together… winning softball games and championships, swimming with manatees, gliding down a mile-long zip line, exploring the wonderful world of Harry Potter, touring a haunted prison, escape rooms, snorkeling with giant sea turtles, and during all that time, falling more and more in love with one another. Then one day, sitting on a stone observation deck at sunset with the Caribbean Sea behind them, the boy surprised the girl with a diamond ring and asked her to marry him. She joyfully said yes, and that brings us to today! We could not be more excited to celebrate with you, our friends and family, the start of our next adventure together!
