Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 17th, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time or at all, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is served for the Kids meal during the reception?

Answer

Kids meals are available for ages 2-8. Guest can select to have a kids meal by selecting so on their RSVP card. The kids meal consist of: Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese, Green beans, and a Fruit cup.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:45. Ceremony will begin at 6pm, if you arrive at 6pm or later you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over. While we would love for everyone to see the ceremony we are unable to delay start time due to tardiness.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love or see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire/dressy casual. Please no jeans, shorts, or white/cream color dresses.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you- so get ready to party! For this reason, we HIGHLY encourage you to use hotel shuttles if your hotel provides one or Uber/Lyft to and from the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with the reception to follow indoors.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking. We will have venue employees shuttling guest from the parking lot to the venue via golf cart. We encourage guests to Uber/Lyft from hotels to the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be full present with us and for our photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you! Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and please share them with us! :)
