We will be catering from Smokin Roches. This will be buffet style with the following menu: Appetizers: • Wagyu Meatballs with Maple Bourbon Glaze • Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites with a Sweet Mambo Sauce • Maple Blueberry Sausage with a Smoked Gouda Queso Main Course: The Meats: • Brisket • Pulled Chicken The Sides: • Mac-n-Cheese • Sweet Corn Pudding • Cole Slaw • Garden Salad w/ 3 Choices of Dressing (Ranch, French, & Balsamic)
