Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Both Kathryn Albertsons and Fairview Terraces have amble parking for the events. At Kathryn Albertsons please park in any parking available provided by the park, there are restricted mobility spaces available. Proceed to the park signs and main entrance of the park and there will be a sign directing you. Fairview terraces, there is parking spaces in front of the building. Park where you like, first come first serve, if spaces are limited, please do not block any driveways.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress to impress — think nice, but not formal. As this is an outdoor spring celebration, weather can be unpredictable, so please come prepared. The reception will be held inside after the ceremony, so we will be protected from the elements at that time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive during the grace period provided in the schedule, this will let us guide all guests to the correct location as well as make sure everyone is settled prior to the time of the ceremony.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
The couple has a registry through Amazon. If you are wanting to celebrate with a gift or donation, there will be a place provided for gifts as well as a honeymoon fund at the reception venue. Am I allowed to take photos?
Answer
Yes! Please take photos, be mindful of the photographer hired for the ceremony as we don’t want phones in those pictures. But other than that please take photos. There will be a digital album to send all the photos from the night to, that way the newlyweds don’t miss a thing.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
All transportation will need to be arranged by the guest to and from all events.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
The things to know about the events for the wedding are that the ceremony and reception are at different locations. You will need to arrange your own transportation. There is a time period that the newlyweds will be taking photos before their arrival at the reception venue. All guest are welcome to arrive at the reception venue before the newlyweds and wait for them there. Food will not be served until the newlyweds arrive.
