Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

A shuttle will depart from the Evergreen Hotel to Jug Mountain and return after the reception. Departure from the hotel will be 3:45 PM. Please get in touch with Cortney by August 15 to ensure enough space on the shuttle.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.
