What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15 minutes before ceremony. PLEASE plan on being AT the venue by 3:45, which means you need to be turning off of NM153/Turkey Creek Road at 3:30. If you’re running late please meet us at the fair grounds for the reception about 5:30!

Answer

The Ceremony at Double E is at the end of Hooker Loop, you will turn off of NM153/Turkey Creek Road and follow it all the way! Please carpool and be respectful of the residences that you will be driving by. After the ceremony proceed to the fairgrounds for the reception. Head back to NM153 and turn left. You will go right at the Y, past the phone company at the top of the hill, past the school and turn right before you cross the little Cliff bridge. You will see the fair barns on the right-hand side of the road. Follow the rest of the herd... The reception is at the Grant County Fairgrounds Exhibit building, if you attended Hadlee's baby shower. It's there!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have Hads and love yours, so the day wouldn’t be the same without them. We will have some fun stuff for the kiddos to do at the reception also.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress but be comfy too. You will have to walk a little in sand/uneven ground so heels are not recommended.

Can we come early?

Answer

There’s a lot of local friends but we have a lot of friends traveling, if you were able to come and make a bit of a vacation for it, please do! We will both be off all week and want to see you guys for more than a “oh hey!” at the reception. Text Justin or Cass when you think you’ll be here and we’ll work on fun stuff to do. (You’ll probably be put to work, too!)
