What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. For men, button up shirt and slacks. For women, a dress, or a blouse and slacks.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

No, we are going to offer a few minutes prior to the start for guest to take pictures if they wish. After that, phones should be put away

Is it an open bar?

The Bar is open until we run out of alcohol. Please note, due to venue policy, no shots will be allowed.

The dinner portion will be a taco bar with rice and beans with the option of Publix or tres leches cake for dessert.

The wedding will be held at: Most Precious Blood Catholic Church with the reception at Danville BnB. To book with the wedding group, please see the travel tab to book within the hotel block to secure the special rate. Rate is good until April 2, 2025

There is ample parking at both the church and the venue.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony is inside and the reception is outside, but it is covered.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the church no later than 10:45. Ceremony will start promptly at 11 am.

Will there be a receiving line after the ceremony?
Answer
The church has requested there be no receiving line after the ceremony is over. Please plan to leave the church right away.

What to do after ceremony and before reception starts?
Answer
After the ceremony, there will be a few hours before the reception officially starts. Please plan to get lunch or a snack as dinner will not be served until 5 pm. See day of schedule for further information.

What is the weather going to be like?
Answer
It should be on the warmer side. It is May and central Florida. Daily averages are about 68 for the low and 85 for the high. The ceremony will be indoor and the reception will be a covered outdoor area.
