Not all of Yosemite's greatest sights are in ... well, Yosemite. Visit the waterfalls on this trail and you'll be wondering why the park's founders didn't draw the border another seven miles south to include them. 0.5 miles (0.8 km) round trip to Corlieu Falls; 3 miles (4.8 km) round trip to Red Rock Falls.
The Way of the Mono trail is 0.6 miles long. Visitors curious about the first people to inhabit the area will want to visit the Way of the Mono Interpretive trail. This self guided loop trail is easy, and offers a spectacular vista point to view the lake and mountains.
