-Those staying at Clarion Inn and Suites will have transportation provided. Buses will arrive at the Clarion Inn at 4pm and leave at 4:15pm sharp. - Passed appetizers, wine, beer and spirits available during cocktail hour - Dinner is family style with vegetarian options available - Open bar available until 9:30PM - All guests must be off the property no later than 11PM. No cars can be left in the parking lot overnight. Buses will depart back to the Clarion Inn at 10:15pm.
