What days should I stay?

Answer

Minimum 3 nights are required: Arrival Day: Friday, March 19th- Departure Day: Monday, March 22nd Optional: Want to start the celebration early? Join us by arriving on Thursday, March 18th for our Welcome Event! (Wedding party and immediate family will be asked to arrive this day.)

How long does my passport need to be valid for travel to Costa Rica?

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We’re calling it Black Tie Optional. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome and encouraged for a formal celebration, while lighter suits, linen, and elegant, flowy dresses are also perfect for the tropical setting.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family children who are part of the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the events focused on an intimate, adult celebration!

Do I need to stay at the wedding hotel?

Answer

Yes. All guests are required to stay at the hotel and book through our room block in order to attend any wedding events.

Are guests free to explore on their own?

Answer

Yes! We absolutely encourage you to explore and enjoy your time in Costa Rica—this is just as much your vacation as it is our celebration. We want you to relax, adventure, and fully enjoy the experience at your own pace. The only thing we ask is that you join us for the scheduled wedding events.
