With live music and festive events nearly every day during peak season, there’s always something to enjoy—and as we approach Summer 2025, we’ll keep you updated on all the exciting activities! Enjoy diverse restaurants that range from cozy cafes to upscale eateries, offering local flavors and stunning views of Lake Michigan. Our Recommendations: Friday morning Farmers' Market Petoskey State Park for sandy beaches (a few minutes out of town) Shopping in Historic Downtown Petoskey Lunch at Juliene's Tomatoes or The Perry Hotel Dinner at the Backlot, Chandler's, or the Noggin Room

With its historic architecture and stunning views of Lake Michigan, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Our recommendations: Pond Hill Farm Wednesday or Saturday Morning Farmers' Markets Breakfast at Little Juice or Johann's Lunch at Dudley's Dock, Turkey's, or grab sandwiches and a bottle of wine from Gurney's and enjoy a picnic at Marina Park Dinner at Pierson's or The Pier

A picturesque destination known for its stunning natural beauty and charming Victorian architecture. The island is famous for its absence of motor vehicles, offering a unique experience with horse-drawn carriages, biking, and hiking along scenic trails. Hop on a ferry in Mackinaw City to access the island (tip: reserve tickets online)! Our Recommendations on the Island: Lunch at the Iroquois Hotel or Bistro on the Greens Rent bikes in town (~8 mile bike ride around the whole island) Cocktails on the porch of the Grand Hotel

A stunning natural attraction in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, renowned for its dramatic waterfalls and surrounding lush wilderness. Explore scenic trails, enjoy breathtaking views of the falls of amber water, and experience the beauty of this unique landscape. Definitely a drive from Petoskey, but if you have an extra day for a hike, the falls are a great destination in the Upper Peninsula. Remember your bug spray!!
