Mother of the Bride
As Andrea's mother, I have been on this ride called life with her for the past 25 years. I was glad to meet Justin and thrilled to know that our families already shared a common thread through our St. Gregory the Great school connection. Andrea is an adventurous, funny, courageous, and kind-hearted women. She has been making us laugh and shake our heads at her uniqueness. I am so happy that she has met a partner in Justin. He is a loyal, thoughtful, and family-oriented young man who I am so happy to add to our family. I wish them many years of love, happiness, fun, and success. Buckle up Justin, you are in for the ride of your life!
Mother of the Groom
Andrea doesn't remember but I had met her several times before her and Justin started dating. Her father coached my daughter, Josie, and Anna when they were in kindergarten and first grade so I was able to meet the whole family! It has been a joy getting to know Andrea these last couple of years. Her warmth, thoughtfulness, and love of family makes her so special and we couldn't have hoped for a more wonderful daughter-in-law. You both will always have our unconditional love and support. As you start this new adventure together, remember that marriage is a journey filled with ups and downs. Cherish the good times, always support each other during the challenges, listen with an open heart, communicate with honesty, and never stop making each other laugh. Love you both so much!
Father of the Bride
I first met Justin and his loving, caring parents when I coached his spunky little sister Josie and my younger daughter Anna at Saint Gregory. Years later, with the help of his best friend Chauncey he met our Andrea. Their kindness and values made them soon fall in love. Supporting his family, especially his grandparents, is Justin’s highest priority. Andrea shares the same principle, a perfect foundation for a great lovely and lasting marriage.
Groomsman
As Justin’s father, it’s an incredible honor to stand by his side as one of his groomsmen. The love Justin has for Andrea is evident in everything he does, and the bond they share is truly extraordinary—one that’s destined to last a lifetime. Over the past few years, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Andrea. She’s intelligent, warm, humble, and an absolute joy to be around. Marriage is built on more than just love. It requires communication, compromise, forgiveness, and mutual respect. Keep these values close to your hearts each and every day, and you’ll build a strong, enduring partnership.
Maid of Honor
Anna and Andrea met when she was four years old at Virginia Beach General Hospital. Andrea has been making Anna laugh for more than 20 years, and even got her to belly laugh for the first time when she was just 1 year old. She is so excited and honored to be a part of her favorite sibling’s special day!
Best Man
One of the first memories I can think of between Justin and I is during most of high school going to his house down the street and playing Just Dance 2 on the Wii. Naturally, I beat JT in 95% of the songs, but this memory was key in us becoming the best friends we are today. I'm honored to be his best man as he is truly like a brother to me and I wish all the best to him and Andrea.
Maid of Honor
Melissa and Andrea first met through friends and became college roommates. Melissa’s favorite memory with Andrea is when they went to Las Vegas and smoked all the grannies at bingo
Groomsman
For as long as I can remember, my little brother has always carried the importance of family with him. I’m thrilled to say, he’s found someone who not only understands that, but embraces it. Andrea definitely fits into this crazy family perfectly, and we are so lucky to have you. I’m incredibly proud of the man Justin has become, and I can’t wait to see the amazing journey ahead for both of you. It’s a true joy to welcome you to the family—and I guess that officially gives me new white sister-in-law (our numbers grow!) Here’s to many years of love, laughter, and growth together.
Bridesmaid
I’m so happy for my brother and his fiancée! I’m really proud of how far he’s come, and I know she’s had such a positive impact on his life. I’m so excited to have a new sister and can’t wait for us to get closer, make amazing memories together, and continue to be there for each other through the good and bad times. Wishing them all the love and happiness in the world!
Groomsman
I first met Justin, or as I like to call him “Newbie”, at work. As his mentor and buddy, we soon formed a life long friendship. Now we call each other almost every day and confide in each other with our frustrations, secrets, or just to talk for hours. When I met Andrea, or as I like to call her “Sporty Spice”, I immediately knew they were meant for each other after watching them match each others goofy energy. I am so happy to be part of their special day.
Bridesmaid
I first met Andrea on Busch Field at a college intramural football game in the Fall of 2017, foreshadowing for many shenanigans working together as intramural supervisors. I convinced her to try out for the club soccer team which was clutch because her goalie skills are unmatched. We also both joined club basketball, so I had the privilege of playing on two teams with her. One fun memory was the night we decided to have a Chopped-style cooking contest at the Caf dining hall, coming up with our most creative meals from objectively mid food. Post-college, my favorite memory has been our summer tradition of playing spikeball on the beach all day, then crushing some Chinese takeout around a bonfire.
Groomsman
I’ll always remember when I first got stuck with Justin on my second day of ERM, it was a little awkward at first but then he asked me if I liked metalcore and he proceeded to tell me how much he loved August Burns Red and from there, our friendship has grown. We have plenty of funny, fond memories but I have to say that some of my favorites were when we were doing work underneath a church, fully suited up, because it was littered with cheese cloth and asbestos and listening to the demonic DOOM soundtrack and thinking it was the funniest thing ever. Over the course of almost 4 years now Justin's grown into one of my absolute best friends, someone that I can trust with my secrets and life stories and someone that will be in my life for many many more years to come with more memories to add together.
Groomsman
I first met Justin (Bot) back in 2020 in Covid times. I remember it distinctly. His future bride-to-be and I drove down from Williamsburg to hang out with Justin and Chauncey at the beach since that was one of the few things still open to the public. Beverages were had, a friendship was kindled, and coinage was talked about. Since that time, Justin and I’s friendship has grown having taken trips to the outdoors and spending many a weekend at our favorite watering hole Chesapeake Bay Distillery. I look forward to the future memories like throwing more of Andreas shoes down sand dunes or running it back at Gran Maya. Congrats to the lovely couple!
