We take the safety of all of our guests very seriously. We will have attendees of all ages and want to be able share these memories with everyone for years to come. As healthcare providers we believe vaccination plays a vital role in preventing COVID, and ask that ALL our attendees are vaccinated prior to attendance. Masks will be provided at the event for those that do not have their own. We want to be able to celebrate with everyone, but if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID, such as fever, chills, fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, etc. we respectfully ask that you do not attend. We recognize you may be traveling to join us for our special day. Quick and easy rapid testing can be arranged at: https://www.qualityurgentcareofamerica.com/covid-19-rapid-test-near-me or your preferred site. We have delayed this celebration far too long for this virus, and while the pandemic may not be over, we can do our best to prevent the spread while still having a good time!
We want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves, while also drinking responsibly. We have arranged transportation to and from the hotels for our friends and family.
Who the hell knows! We love Texas but the weatherman may be the most useless job here. Generally speaking the temperatures range from mid-60's to 70's. The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be outdoors since the weather is usually nice this time of year, but we encourage you check the weather prior to your arrival!
We're glad you asked! Sometimes when people say cocktail attire or semi-formal wear everyone has a different interpretation, and that's ok - but please, no jeans. First of all, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors - we're hoping for perfect weather (as does everyone having a wedding), but if you tend to get a bit more chilly bring a light jacket. There is an incline to get to the venue. Please plan your footwear appropriately. Moreover, since Justin loves sneakers, we hope to have everyone be comfortable during the reception - feel free to kick off your dress shoes and wear comfortable sneakers so you can dance the night away.
