The suggested attire is semi-formal - think dresses and a suit & tie!!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside, but the reception will be a mix of inside/ outside.

Will there be transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be transportation from Batavia Downs Hotel to The TImberlodge and back to the hotel after the reception. The first shuttle will leave at 3:30pm, and the second shuttle will leave at 3:45pm. We highly recommend taking the first shuttle, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM! There will be 2 shuttles after the reception: one at 10:45pm and the other at 11:20pm.

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?
Answer
While we adore children, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand and can enjoy a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Is there an after party?
Answer
While there won't be an after party, we have booked rooms at Batavia Downs Gaming & Hotel, feel free to join us for drinks and fun at the casino afterward!!!
