They met nearly eight years ago in Los Angeles in late December, outside a bookstore in the heart of the city, right as the afternoon turned to dusk. They connected instantly, talking about books, music, and people, until it became clear this was something they could see themselves doing for a long time. From then, every following day together was an adventure of its own. Soon, moving across the country together was not a matter of should or how, but when. In New York, they explored the city, adopted a dog, and finished school before coming back to the city that raised them. They settled in Sherman Oaks, in a community equidistant from their families, where they put down roots. They continued their daily adventures together, lucky enough to see other parts of the country and the world along the way. Their wedding partakes in this time-honored tradition of union, celebrated and witnessed by their family and friends, to mark a future in continued love, everlasting.
