What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:10 PM. Doors will close at 4:15 PM sharp, and you will not be able to enter after the doors close.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception. Reception parking will be validated for those driving to the Ballantyne Hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, and that women wear an evening gown or floor-length dress. Don’t be afraid to dress up!

Can I bring a date?

Please do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We highly recommend staying at The Ballantyne Hotel, where the reception will take place. We've secured a special rate for our guests valid Friday, May 22nd - Monday, May 25th.

Please RSVP via the website or the card enclosed in the invitation by April 17th, 2026.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Ballantyne hotel to the wedding ceremony and back. The shuttle will pick up outside of the hotel at 3:30 PM.
