Are Covid-19 vaccines required to attend?

Answer

While the vaccine is not required by our venue, we highly encourage you to consider getting vaccinated to help stop the spread of Covid-19, and for the safety of our guests. Additionally, some restaurants and bars require proof of vaccination; these requirements fluctuate based on the current situation and are out of our control.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We are very sorry, but due to capacity restrictions at our venue, we cannot accommodate children.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please! Keep in mind our wedding will be almost entirely outdoors in the redwoods, so please wear comfortable shoes and avoid heels! Also, temperatures in the Santa Cruz Mountains can drop at night, so we would suggest bringing a light jacket or a wrap.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block with the Toll House Hotel in downtown Los Gatos, steps from great restaurants and bars. We highly recommend staying at the Toll House because this is where the shuttle will pickup/dropoff. Additionally, Los Gatos is at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains, meaning that there are more logistical hurdles if you decide to stay outside of downtown. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, we will have a shuttle that will pickup/dropoff guests from the Toll House Hotel in downtown Los Gatos. Check the Travel section for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is very limited parking available at the venue. We encourage you to utilize the provided shuttle services so you can have fun and stay safe! In the event you need to drive, please contact us directly beforehand.
