There is no direct flight to Waco. Fly into Austin, Dallas or Fort Worth. All are about 90 minutes away from Waco.

We invite you to stay at the tiny houses and rooms at our venue! Check out the amenities like the pool, hot tub, and trails. You can book a room for the weekend and not worry about travel or driving for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, or reception because it will be all in one place. Please note that we select the rooms that we think will fit the guests best and then Gathering Oaks will invoice you for the room if you choose to stay with us.
