We would recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Currently, we will still hold the wedding and ceremony as originally planned for. Our venue is very spacious with indoor and outdoor spaces and will allow for our entire guest count (110-130) to attend while still maintaining the 50% capacity rules. In addition to this, our venue resides in a small county with limit amount of cases. As new details and regulations arise, we will update this page. December 19, 2020 5 pm start time Old Bethany Venue.
During the ceremony, we ask that all cell phones and cameras be put away during the duration of the wedding ceremony. We ask that you observe this rule, so that all guests may be able to see the ceremony, and our photographers can take the necessary pictures to capture our special day! Aside from that, feel free to take as many pictures as you want during the reception and festivities following the ceremony. If you post them on social media, please tag us in it or use one of our hash tags, #HappilyEverTraxler, so that we can see y'alls memories from this day!
Yes, we will have BBQ served after the ceremony as well as beer, wine, and a specialty cocktail served during cocktail hour!
We ask that children under the ages of 10 do not attend the ceremony, unless they are members of the bride and groom's family.
