Wedding Party

James DeViese

Father of the Groom

James is not only the Father of the Groom, but will also stand by my side as my Best Man as he has done my entire life.

Debbie DeViese

Mother of the Groom

Jorge Talavera

Father of the Bride

Heddy Talavera

Mother of the Bride

John DeViese

Groomsman

John is my older brother who is now stationed in Okinawa with his two daughters, Julia and Katy Jean, and his wife, Jena. He is one of my best friends and one of the best fathers and overall people I know. I can't wait for him to give me a hard time for the way I look in a tux on my big day. The jokes never stop, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Maybe I can beat him in one more round of golf before I get married.

Chance Moore

Groomsman

I met Chance our freshman year at Hampden-Sydney College. We have traveled to Puerto Rico, Cabo San Lucas, Vegas, and even Disneyland together! I can't wait to have Chance stand by my side on my big day, and I guarantee that he will have that contagious smile on his face.

Jean Silveira

Bridesmaid

Jean, Elisa's sister-in-law, will be traveling from sunny San Diego to stand by Elisa's side as one of her bridesmaids. Jean is so thrilled and happy to see her sister-in-law tie the knot with the man of her dreams!. As and artist, Jean will be helping with some ideas for decorations. Bring it on Jean!

Jordan Staley

Groomsman

I was introduced to Jordan by Lance Wilson, another groomsman, when I lived in California. I may not see him as often as I would like, but when we get together the laughs continue. He may share some stories with you during the wedding weekend, but don't believe everything you hear. I'm proud to have Jordan "Staley" stand beside me on such a special day!

Lantz Wilson

Groomsman

I met Lance Wilson when we were Freshman at Hampden-Sydney College and just knew after our first conversation that we would be life-long friends. Of course his love for country food at the Hitchin' Post in Farmville was something we had in common too. Lance lives in California with his wife Melissa and daughter Violet. Always finding the best in people, I'm sure he'll tell Elisa what a gem she's marrying!

Alicia Fee

Matron of Honor

Alicia, Elisa's long time friend, will be traveling from the West coast to stand by Elisa's side as one of her bridesmaids. They met each other through a mutual friend in 2000 and since then their friendship has grown and they have shared great moments. Alicia loves to dance and travel. She is super happy and ready to hit the dance floor at the wedding reception!

Lucas Talavera

Ring Bearer

Lucas, Elisa's nephew, will be traveling from Baltimore with his parents Pablo and Abigail along with his sister Eva Maria. As the ring bearer, Lucas will be the youngest member of the bridal party!. He is already learning from mom and dad on how to be the responsible carrier of the rings. It's on them if he doesn't make it down the aisle! haha We can't wait to share our special day with this cutie!

Julia DeViese

Junior Bridesmaid

Julia is traveling from Okinawa to be our Junior Bridesmaid. She is in the third grade and will be 10 years old in December. We couldn't be happier to have her at our side, and I can't wait until I can be called Aunt Elisa!

Rev. Father James DeViese, Jr.

Officiant

Father DeViese is my oldest brother and yes, a Catholic Priest. He is the rock in my life and my family's life. Always the serious one (and the smarter) one, Father DeViese must know that I have found the right one for me since he's traveling to Arizona to make sure that Elisa and I get married. There's no greater honor than having my brother perform our wedding ceremony. Looks like all the DeViese guys will be front and center that day!

Kathryn DeViese

Flower Girl

Katy Jean is Justin's niece and will traveling from Okinawa to be the cutest flower girl ever! Only five years old, this is her first time being a flower girl, and we hear she's reading all kinds of books on being the perfect Flower Girl. She is so excited to wear a fancy dress and be a Princess for the day. We can't wait to share our day with her.
