Our Proposal
On March 21st, 2025, Justin had planned for us to see San Miniato al Monte in Florence, Italy. Baylee had asked him to plan one of the days we were in Florence, since it was the city he was most excited to visit. After some back and forth about what to put in her EXTREMELY detailed itinerary (iykyk), she THOUGHT she had a general idea of the day's events. However, what he had planned was beyond what she could've imagined.
When they got to the top of hill near the church, they were bummed it was under restoration. While appreciating the view, she asked him if we were still going inside. He said no, so she stood there and waited for the rest of that sentence, like "No, we are going to go here." Instead, he read a speech he had prepared in the months prior, ending it on his knee, asking Baylee to marry him. She said yes, of course, and it was then that she noticed the photographers Justin had the foresight to hire. Here are some of our favorites from that shoot.
