How am I going to know where to go?

There will be signs at the venue, along with a day of timeline paper to keep everything on track!

What am I supposed to do with this guestbook?

Answer

Easy, you take a picture of yourself or the group that you came with, write a sweet note to the couple on the back of the picture and stick it in the box. On our one-year wedding anniversary, we will open the box and read all of the notes and look at all of the pictures together.

Guest book, card table, party favors…

Answer

There will be a guestbook in the hallway outside of the banquet room, along with the party favors in alphabetical order with your table number on them! Card and gift table will be inside of the banquet room.

Will I need cash?

Answer

No one is required to pay for anything on the big day; however, we will have a tip jar for staff, and rather than a dollar dance we will have a fun silent auction, and you may want to buy drinks from the bar that are not included in our alcohol provided.

Will there be a room block?

Answer

Yes! We are getting quotes on room blocks available to such large crowds, and within a close distance to the venue. We have noticed most hotels have an average group discount, but the discount changes based on the amount of rooms we need. We will need everyone to tell us if they would like to be included in the room blocks and how many rooms. We are attempting to keep the rooms below $200 a night.
