Beach Formal! Think lightweight suits & dresses. Avoid heavy fabrics or full-length trains (sand isn't kind to them!). Dress elegantly, but keep comfort in mind for the sand and sun. Although we will be indoors, the beach is right outside! Examples for men: -Light-colored linen or cotton suits (anything breathable) -No tie required -Dressy shorts or pants with a button up shirt -Loafers or sandals Examples for women: -Light-colored flowy maxi, midi or tea length dresses -Dressy separates -Wedges, flats or flat sandals (heels sink in sand!)
No! We have a venue right off the beach on the 3rd floor with a huge balcony where the ceremony & reception will be held. The great thing is, you walk downstairs and you’re on the beach!
Luckily April in Pensacola is beautiful with highs usually in the 70s. Chairs will be on the balcony for the ceremony, but will need to be brought inside for the reception. For anyone who needs help bringing their chair in, we will have people on standby!
We have a back up area inside for the ceremony!
Kids are welcome to celebrate with us! During the ceremony, please help us keep things distraction free so everyone can hear the “I do’s.”
There is a parking lot. There are two other businesses on the first and second floors.
All pictures are welcome!
A taco bar, rice, & dips!
Update: there will be construction/traffic on the road leading to Pensacola beach. Please give yourselves enough time to get to the venue by 5pm. Best Beaches: Skip the crowded Pensacola Beach and head to quieter spots like Park East or Johnson Beach (Gulf Islands National Seashore) for pristine sand and fewer crowds.. Fort Pickens is also a great area for the beach. Traffic Alert: Check bridge times—avoid rush hour (7-9 AM / 4-6 PM). Noise: Gulf Breeze is quieter than Pensacola Beach—great for light sleepers! Toll Alert: The Pensacola Beach Bridge has a $1 toll (cash or SunPass) — carpool to save. Dolphin Spotting: take a sunset cruise or kayak near Little Sabine Bay - dolphins are often seen!

Best Time for Dolphins: Morning (8–11 AM) or late afternoon (4–6 PM)—dolphins are most active. Sunset Tours: Combine dolphin watching with a breathtaking Gulf sunset. Reference the “things to do” tab for dolphins tours. Discounts: Check Groupon or local visitor centers for deals. BYOB?: Some tours allow it—ask when booking.
