What effect has COVID-19 had on your wedding day?

Answer

In light of COVID-19 we wanted to let you know our wedding is going forward as planned at this time. As always, your health and safety is our top priority, and we completely understand if you will not be able to attend as the date gets closer. We will continue to monitor the situation around COVID and hope to make the best decisions to keep all of our family and friends as safe as possible.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn hotel in Gap, PA and Sleep In in Ronks, PA close the the venue. Additionally there are other hotel options in the Strasburg & Lancaster (20min west) and Coatesville (20min east) areas.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. Please ensure enough time for parking and to catch a wagon ride to the area for your seats.

What are meal options?

Answer

Mission BBQ will be catering our dinner with options of pulled pork, brisket and smoked turkey along with sides and all BBQ sauces are gluten free. We will plan to have vegetarian options available for those that noted during RSVPs.
