How do I get to Haseltine Estate?

Answer

From I-44: Take exit 72 (Chestnut Expressway), head East at the stop light. Drive less than 1/2 mile to 1st stop light (Haseltine Road) and turn South (opposite direction of Flying J truck stop). Drive South 1.5 miles and Haseltine Estate will be on the West side of the road (look for faux stone walls and black/gold mailbox with white post). From US 60 (James River Freeway): Take 60/413 exit towards Republic. Head East at the light, drive 3/4 of a mile and turn North on Farm Road 115 (opposite direction of City Utilities Power Plant). Drive North for 1.9 miles and Haseltine Estate will be on the West side of the road (look for faux stone walls and black/gold mailbox with white post).

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. If the weather is not ideal (i.e. rain, snow, too cold), we have options to have both the ceremony and reception inside.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It is early October, so expect it to get chilly in the evening. I would recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket to keep warm. If you forget, you can always warm up on the dance floor!

Is there a dress code?

No dress code, but please look nice. We will be having a photographer take lots of pictures, which will be shared on social media.

Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

Of course, but we ask that you don't take pictures during the ceremony. We will have a photographer there to capture all of those special moments.

Can I bring a plus one and/or children?

Answer

Yes, but please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing more people than are on your online RSVP form. If you bring children, there is a pool at the reception area (not intended for use) and we don't want anyone falling in!
