Once you start the RSVP process, members of your party will be listed including any plus ones that have been allocated to you. You will then have the opportunity to fill in their name and confirm each person's RSVP status.
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your RSVP (See FAQ 2). We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, as we will begin promptly at 4:00PM.
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request. During the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like and please tag us with #just4jhil!
Yes, this event calls for the rustic charm of earth tones. Strictly no white attire please. Please see the color swatch for examples included in your invitation. Ceremony will take place outdoors with an estimated temperature of 65°/41°F so please dress accordingly. Reception will take place indoors with air conditioning.

Water, coffee, tea, champagne, and sparkling cider are provided for free. There will be a paid open bar available from 4:45pm-8:45pm where you can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

No, everyone must provide their own form of transportation to and from the ceremony/reception site.
Yes, there should be plenty of parking. The reception and ceremony site is connected directly to the parking lot.
Please keep in mind the groom's birthday is on the 21st and the bride's birthday is on the 24th! We will not only be celebrating our marriage, but also our 25th birthdays. Birthday gifts would be greatly appreciated.
