When should I RSVP by?
Answer
As soon as possible. May at the latest. If not confirmed by May, you will be considered as regretfully declined and will not be factored in.

When should we arrive by?
Answer
Please arrive early, we recommend at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will give you time to find a parking spot and get to the location. We will be starting the ceremony exactly at 2pm as our officiant has other weddings to go to afterwards.

What kind of gift should I bring?
Answer
Just bring yourselves! Gifts are entirely optional and are not required. All we want is time to celebrate with our friends and family. If you wish to bring something, any help towards the wedding and honeymoon would be greatly appreciated! We love Home Depot or winners gift cards to use towards fixing up the property and the house

Is there a dress code?
Answer
This will be a semi-formal event so have fun and dress up! Please avoid wearing white, off white, silver, or anything closely resembling the colour. Dress in the colours you feel most comfortable in. This will be a forest themed wedding so the groomsmen and bridesmaids will be wearing green. As this will be an outdoor wedding, please dress up with appropriate footwear and any jackets/shawls you may need. Please be prepared for potential hot or cold weather as it can be hot during the day and cold during the night. We don't recommend wearing any shoes with a sharp heel as you may sink into the ground.

Can I take photos?

We would love for you to take photos however during the ceremony, no photos are allowed as the phones may get in the way of the photographer.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, some alcohol will be supplied. The first two drinks will be free along with complementary wine at every table during dinner. We kindly ask that everyone drinks responsibly and have plans for a safe drive home.

What food options will be available?
Answer
To cater to everyone's dietary choices and allergies around cinnamon, fish, seafood, and gluten, we will ensure everyone is safe and able to eat within their requirements. These include vegetarian and gluten free. No fish, seafood, or cinnamon will be permitted due to deadly allergies. If you have a specific allergy that we are unaware of that needs to be catered to, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Perfumes and colognes
Answer
If you choose to wear any perfumes or colognes, please keep it to a minimum. The bride and some of her family are sensitive to smells.

When does the wedding eng by?
Answer
It will officially be shutting down at 10pm, per traditional quiet hours. If people would like to continue to party later into the night, we highly recommend seeing what is in Victoria!

Yes it is! We hope to enjoy this day with all of you in an affordable manner.

Can I bring more people than on my invite?
Answer
We have a very limited amount of space so unfortunately everyone is limited to however many guests they were given on their invitation. If you feel that you should have an exception, please reach out to the bride.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes. However the use of a wheelchair may be difficult on some grassy terrain. Transportation is available for anyone who needs assistance to get around to ensure your safety and health.

What is the parking situation like?
Answer
We will have parking available however it will be limited. Car pooling is recommended to keep it to a minimum. Handicap parking is available
