What should I wear?

Backyard charm meets vibrant style! We ask guests to dress up in cheerful, classy attire—but keep in mind, the ceremony & reception is on grass, so comfortable shoes are a must. To us, cheerful, classy attire means relaxed yet polished looks: think sundresses, bold prints (florals encouraged!), and breathable fabrics like cotton. No need for full suits—men are encouraged to wear a blazer with a button down and slacks, tie is optional. This is an outdoor wedding in Indiana in early August, so temperatures can vary. The reception will be under a tent with fans and cooling units to keep things comfortable. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing shorts, tank tops, sneakers, athleisure, denim, or streetwear.

Is there a theme?

Wild flowers are the theme for this wedding. There is no specific color palette so we encourage lots of colors and florals!
Question
Will there be a physical invitation?
Answer
No! We are trying out an all digital invitation wedding. We will send a couple reminders throughout the RSVP period to remind you to confirm your attendance.

Where should we park?
Answer
We are still confirming parking options for the wedding. Please check back closer to the date for confirmed details. Uber and Lyft are encouraged, especially if you are consuming any alcohol! Rideshare availability can be limited depending on time of day so build in extra time in your schedule to await a pickup.

Do I need a car in Carmel, IN?
Answer
If you’re spending the weekend in Indy, you will need four wheels to get around (uber, a rental, or your own car).
