When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 30th. If we don't hear from you by that date, unfortunately we won't be able to save you a seat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, so please arrive by 4:00 PM to the venue.

How long is the reception?

Answer

The reception will start at 5:00 following the wedding ceremony at the reception hall on the golf course grounds. It will end at 10:30, but you are welcome to leave at any time.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Rehearsal will be on October 29th at the wedding venue (San Clemente Municipal Golf Course) for the wedding party and other applicable guests. Following the rehearsal we will be having a welcome dinner for the same group at Fratello's Italian Kitchen & Bar in San Clemente.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is currently no shuttle service for getting to the ceremony from your hotel, however we may be able to find you a ride with other guests if you need one. The Hampton by Hilton where we recommend you book your stay is on the same property as the venue and is just a short walk away. There is parking for both the ceremony and reception at the venue and will be spacious.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will be preparing a buffet style dinner with Gluten free and Dairy fee options. If you have a different kind of allergy, feel free to reach out to Cam or Juri asap.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The short answer is no. Your invite is specific to the person or people written on it. Please do not bring a +1 as we will not have a seat or meal for them.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only children at the wedding will be the ones in the wedding party. Other than that, this is a child free wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. We recommend wearing wedding colors which are gold, greens, browns, and yellows but you are welcome to wear anything so long as it is wedding attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend you stay at the Hampton by Hilton at 2481 El Camino Real San Clemente, CA 92672. The hotel is on the same property as the venue and is the most convenient choice. However, if you cannot book there, there are several other hotels in the area not too far from the venue.
