Over 20 years ago, we met during a fun karaoke night out with friends. Early in our friendship, I invited Kristin to church back then known as Grace Bible. Life soon took us in different directions: Kristin stayed on Oahu teaching, and I moved to Kauai. Though we went our separate ways, we kept in touch here and there over the next 15 years. Fast forward to 2022: I moved back to Oahu and started attending Pearlside Church at the Main Campus not knowing that Kristin was actively serving at Pearlside Kapolei. We are currently serving in the youth ministry together. One evening, Kristin came to worship practice at the Main Campus, and by chance, we ran into each other. That unexpected moment sparked a reconnection. I began attending Pearlside Kapolei, and over the next 2½ years, we built something truly special. Now, here we are getting married! We're so thankful for God's perfect timing and can't wait to see what the future holds for us as husband and wife.
