Do I Need to Book Through our Travel Agent?

Answer

YES! Shoreline Destinations is coordinating the wedding group with the ceremony coordinator. If you book your room directly with the resort or another website, additional fees may apply.

Question

Is it possible to extend or reduce our stay beyond May 7-11?

Answer

Yes. Just don't forget to inform our travel agents when filling out their form. To find the form head to the travel tab and choose one of the "view" options to access their website.

Reservation Changes

Answer

Adding a guest - You can book your room today and add a person in the future. Please keep in mind when making changes to your reservation, the pricing and availability at the resort are subject to change at any time, therefore can impact ability to process requests. If travel insurance is on your reservation, the additional guest(s) will need to pay for additional travel insurance.

Transportation to & from Resort

Answer

Shoreline Destinations will be coordinating your transportation to and from the resort. The cost is $95 per person and will be automatically added to your reservation. If you would like to book transportation on your own, please let your travel advisor know.

What's Included - Hard Rock Hotel Resort

Answer

All-inclusive always includes the hotel room, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taxes and tips. Travel insurance is an additional fee and can be added on to your reservation. Transportation is also an additional fee and your travel advisor will provide details on how to book.

Do I have to Pay for the Trip all at Once? - Trip Payments

Answer

Do I have to pay for the trip all at once? No! One of the benefits of booking through Shoreline Destinations is that once your reservation is locked in with a deposit, you may make additional payments in any increment at any time towards your trip as long as you are paid in full by the Final Payment Date. Deposit: $600 per room is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Must be booked by October 25, 2023. Reserve early to get your preferred room type! 2nd Payment: $750 per room due October 25, 2023 Final Payment: Balance due February 20, 2024 Cancellations made before or on October 25, 2023: Room reservation deposit and payments are fully refundable. Cancelled airfare tickets purchased through Shoreline Destinations are valid for one year from original ticket issue date and may incur cancel/change fees based on the air carrier. See your airline’s website for terms/conditions. Travel insurance is non-refundable. Cancellations made on or after October 26, 2023: Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable. With Travel Insurance: you will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). Travel insurance is non-refundable.

Airfare

Answer

Shoreline Destinations can also coordinate your airfare and add it on to your booking, however, please also feel free to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline. All flights should arrive and depart from Los Cabos Airport (SJD Airport). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation. *Airfare on value air carriers (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, etc.) must be booked on your own since Shoreline Destinations is unable to package it on. However, airfare with any other major carriers can be added to your reservation if needed or can be booked independently. If airfare is purchased through Shoreline Destinations, you must pay for airfare in full and also purchase travel insurance.

Passport Requirement

Answer

Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date. Note, passport cards are NOT accepted. You must have a passport book.

Travel Insurance

Answer

We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 10 days of your deposit. If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote. Insurance provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection. With travel insurance, cancellations will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable. Travel insurance must be paid at time of deposit and is non-refundable. NY residents are unable to purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance.

COVID-19 Protocols

Answer

You do not need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to travel to this destination. A Covid-19 test prior to departure currently is not required. You do NOT need to take a Covid-19 test to return to the US. If these protocols change, your travel advisor will let you know.
