Ceremony + Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The wedding will take place on a rustic ranch in the foothills of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, surrounded by century-old pines, trickling creeks, and a glimmering lake. The happy couple will exchange their vows at 4pm. The ceremony will be followed by drinks al fresco at 4:30, with dinner and dancing from 5:30 until 10pm. Attire suggestions: June temperatures at the ranch average 80* on the high end and 50* on the low - sweaters and jackets are recommended. The property is a mix of outdoor and indoor space - flat shoes are your best bet.

Picnic

3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Join the newlyweds for a day of fun at the post wedding picnic with barbecue, drinks, and games to enjoy together! All family, friends, and kids are welcome. The picnic is rain or shine with tents on deck in case the raindrops choose to fall. On-site parking is very limited. Additional parking is available at Wilmot Elementary School. A shuttle will run between the park and school parking lot between 3:30 and 7:30pm. Additionally a shuttle will be available between the park and the hotel.
