Historic Downtown Sanford
We are so excited to share with you one of Florida's Hidden Gems! There are dozens and dozens of shops, restaurants, and sites to explore! This is a slice of quaint, old Florida that is a far cry from the Theme Parks. This is a walkable space, about a mile north of our Wedding Venue, that we are sure you will enjoy. We've gathered a few suggestions of some of our favorite spots but there are plenty more out there for you to find!
Hollerbach's German Restaurant
An authentic, German Restaurant in Downtown Sanford with great food and drinks! If you are lucky enough, the live, Polka Band will be on stage! If you are brave enough, get some friends together and challenge, "Das Boot!"
Lake Monroe Waterfront
A beautiful waterfront just a few blocks away from Downtown Sanford. This is a great place to take a stroll and enjoy the view!
The Old Jailhouse Kitchen & Spirits
Converted into a restaurant from an actual, historic jailhouse, this is a great spot with a one-of-a-kind ambiance!

Located about a 10 minute drive away from the Historic Downtown Sanford Area, the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is a great getaway for the whole family!

Stop by a local favorite beer garden and cigar bar! This is a great venue with a great selection of local, craft beers. The perfect place to unwind!
