Hotel
Located in downtown Madison just off the Capitol Square, approximately 15 minutes from our venue. We have a designated number of rooms blocked for a discounted rate at the Concourse Hotel. The rates are applied for Friday, June 16th 2023 and Saturday, June 17th, 2023. You can choose to stay 1 or 2 nights for the discounted rate. The reservation cutoff date is midnight C.S.T. on Friday, May 16, 2023. Any reservations received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice, cancel by 4pm CT one day prior to arrival date to avoid 1 night charge. If you are calling the hotel to book your room, please identify yourselves as part of the Margolies/Flickinger Wedding Block when making your room reservation. Hotel
This is a less expensive option outside of downtown Madison and is about an 8 minute drive to the venue. We do not have a block of rooms at this location.
Shuttle

We will have a shuttle available for the ceremony from the Concourse Hotel to Aldo Leopold Nature Center. The shuttle will also be available to return guests at the end of the night. There will be more information available on shuttle service closer to the day of the event.
