Hi everyone! My name is Dominique—aka Domo, aka Mia's best friend, aka Ya Honor for the next year! Mia and I met during our last year at Morgan State, where we both majored in social work and shared the same internship. She jokes that I only became her friend because I needed a ride, but let’s be real—it was fate! Since 2015, we’ve grown from classmates to sisters in the National Council of Negro Women, to travel and business partners, and now, true sisters at heart. It’s rare to find a friend who takes up so many places in your life and heart, and I feel lucky to have found that in Mia. Mia’s had this day planned for years (she may have spoiled the “Maid of Honor” surprise a few times), and now that she’s officially entrusted me with the title, I’m honored to support her in this new chapter. William, you’re marrying Mia, but you’re getting a packaged deal! I can’t wait to meet everyone, celebrate my sister’s big day, and cheer her on as she becomes Mrs. Jackson. My favorite memory with Will was him being apart of my wedding. My wedding day was on Will’s birthday and he spent his special day on mine and for that, I’m forever grateful.

My name is Kie, and I am a bridesmaid (aka Assistant to Ya Honor) Mia’s and I friendship began at Morgan State University, where we first connected during an NCNW general body meeting. From the moment we met, Mia's vibrant personality and zest for life drew me in. Who would have imagined that a simple meeting would lead to such a beautiful sisterhood/best-friendship! Our bond is filled with playful banter, especially about Mia's hate to watermelon compared to my love for it! As true foodies, we’ve explored countless restaurants, sharing delicious meals and unforgettable experiences along the way. Mia is the kind of friend everyone dreams of having—always supportive and fiercely loyal. I feel incredibly honored to be part of this amazing love story and to celebrate such a special day with Mia and Will. “Mimi, do you love me?… Kiki, do you love me?”

My name is Stanley Hardy II or according to Will, “Milk”, and I am one of Will’s groomsmen. Will and I met in the four year old class back in 1998 and have been going ever since. Hence the phrase “You know we go way back like a Cadillac on four flats”. My favorite hobby is playing basketball and working out. My favorite memory with Will is when Justin, Will and myself put two holes in the wall at my parents house way back in 05 and they somehow expected us at 11 years old to pay for it.

I am of one Mia’s bridesmaids. Mia and I met at a party in my apartment sophomore year. She then later joined NCNW where we bonded over our love for similar taste in music, especially our love for J.Cole. My hobbies and interests are attending concerts, trying new foods, reading, brunching and spending time with friends. My favorite memory with Mia is when we went to our first J. Cole concert. We sang our hearts out and had so much fun.

My name is Nubia, I’m one of Mia’s bridesmaids, and I’m so excited to be part of her special day! Mia and I met during the summer of 2013 while we were both working as camp counselors at the same camp. We struck up a conversation, and quickly realized we’d both be attending Morgan State University that fall. From there, we started spending more time together, and the friendship grew stronger when we both joined the ABC Modeling Organization. The rest, as they say, is history! I’m someone who enjoys hanging out with friends and family, trying new spots to eat and drink, traveling, bowling, and playing kickball. Mia and I have shared so many amazing memories together—through working, modeling, traveling, hanging out, and attending the same university—that it's hard to choose just one. But a few that come to mind include when we were doing community service and walked so far that we were too exhausted to make it back. We had to flag down strangers and ask for a ride back to Morgan! And of course, any trips we went on together —whether we were exploring new cities, turning up, going on excursions, arguing over lamb chops 😂 or just cracking up laughing, those moments will always be some of my favorites.

I'm a Bridesmaid!! Purrrrr AP and I met in 2019 at First Baptist Church of Glenarden (FBCG) in a discipleship class called Queen Esther (QE). We were assigned to each other as accountability partners (AP) and from there it was a wrap! We even have the same nickname (Mimi)!! We learned that we had both prayed for each other!! And I promise you God delivered, because we are definitely sisters! We pray together, grow together, laugh together, cry together and stand ten toes for each other! That’s my AP!! I love music, singing, traveling and massages All of my fave memories with AP are our outings, events and travel! Whether it’s with our QE sisters, her family or her best friends it’s always a good time filled with laughter, fun and love. What typically cracks us up is the way we both be thinking the same thing about a situation or a person every time! We always know okkkkkk because that’s my AP AP APss!! Periodddd

My hobbies are battle rap, listening to music and watching sports. My favorite memory with Will includes road trips to shows and being in LA with JB and my wife Tiffany the weekend Kendrick’s “Not like Us” dropped lol.

I am one of Mia’s Bridesmaids. Mia and I met in 2006 through 8th grade classes at James Madison Middle School. My hobbies and interests include traveling, my nails, spending time with friends and family, enjoying my me time, and recently became obsessed with collecting perfumes lol My guilty pleasures: reality shows and Zeus network lol. I have so many favorite memories, but I definitely love our one on one bonding moments. If I had to pick a favorite memory though, it would be Mia’s 21st birthday trip to Vegas. It ended up being just us but we had an absolute ball!
