Black tie is REQUIRED. Guest should arrive in floor length gowns and suits/tuxedos.

As we love the raw footage from our guests, we made sure to invest in great photographers and videographers to capture this special moment. We ask that everyone put away their phones during the ceremony and witness the beautiful love between us and God. We ask that everyone refrain from entering the aisles during the ceremony and silence your phones.

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We would love to see your faces at the ceremony, but no one will be allowed entry once the bridal party has started lining up.

We love the little ones, but we will have an adults only wedding.

We kindly request that you RSVP by August 4, 2025. After this date, our guest list will be submitted, and we will no longer be able to accommodate any changes. No exceptions.

There will be no additional plus ones, unless approved through the bride and groom during the RSVP process.

The guest code is REQUIRED. Women are allowed to bring comfortable flats for the reception.

We understand that life happens, and your presence will truly be missed! We ask that you contact our wedding planner Jasmine Gatling as soon as possible to notify us of the change.

YES! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Please arrange transportation from the venue, if you plan on drinking. We want all our loved ones to make it home safely.

If you’re making reservations at Saint John’s Resort, you must make reservations by August 30, 2025. If you’re making reservations at Hilton Garden Inn, you must make reservations by August 21, 2025.

Yes, there will be a shuttle to transport the wedding guests to Saint John’s Resort.
