On Friday December 12th, I decided to take my future wife out on a special date — with a secret plan she knew nothing about. I chose one of our favorite restaurants in High Point, thinking it would be the perfect place to ask the biggest question of my life. We got dressed up, headed there excitedly… only to find it completely packed. In that moment, I realized it wasn’t the right setting for such an unforgettable moment. So, I shifted gears and drove us to another spot that has always felt magical. We arrived, stepped out of the car, and walked hand in hand across the colorful bridge, taking in the beauty around us. After sharing a quiet conversation filled with laughter and love, I knew there was no better time. Right there, with my heart racing, I got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever with me. And just like that — she said yes ❤️ A night that didn’t go according to plan turned into a moment more perfect than I could have ever imagined.
