To receive the discounted group rate, please use the booking link below or mention the Brewer Michaelis wedding when calling by phone. Rooms must be reserved by April 10th, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. No minimum stay is required. If you'd like to extend your stay outside the block dates, please book within the block first and then email Sarah.Kelley@wyndham.com to have your reservation manually extended.
Flight
Both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) are great options for flying in. DFW is approximately 30 minutes from the venue, and Love Field is about 45 minutes from the venue. We recommend checking both for the best flight options.
Travel Note
A shuttle service will be provided for our guests staying at The Elm. The shuttle schedule will be posted here the week of the wedding and provided inside your welcome bag. There will also be valet at the venue.
