We chose Mexico for so many reasons. For starters, it's gorgeous, it's centrally located and accessible to our guests coming from all over, and our resort is all inclusive! One of our biggest goals for the wedding is to spend time with our friends and family since we don't get to see you often, so having everyone stay at the same resort is ideal because this way we can spend time together and make memories. We would love for this to be a little vacation for yourself as well!

We would like our guests to arrive by 05/31/24. Please read the terms on the group booking page as there is a 3-night minimum to book with our travel agent. If you would like to arrive before May 31st or depart after June 3rd, you can select the extended dates you would like to stay on our group booking page. Please plan to purchase your own airfare at your convenience via your preferred airline's website. You will need to fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). It is approx. 20 miles away from the resort. Due to contract deadlines, we recommend booking your hotel room as early as possible and adding flights when you're ready.
You may request private round-trip, non-stop car service to/from the airport and resort prior to arrival while requesting your room reservation through our travel agent. Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort is a quick 30 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International airport. If you want to add this service after you've booked your room, please contact our travel agent at Charlie@simplyclassictravels.com to make arrangements. If you've booked through the travel agent and added the “Extra Add-Od” option for transportation, they will arrange it for you. Make sure to send your flight itinerary to the travel agent when your flight is booked. Another option is to use your Uber app to get car service from the airport to/from the resort.
Please RSVP directly on our website by January 8th, 2024. The rooms in our block are only reserved and on-hold for us until January 8th, and then we have to release any unreserved rooms back to the resort, so it is important to make your reservations ASAP as there is a limited quantity of rooms reserved at these prices, for these dates.
No, but the resort does charge fees for outside guests. We'd prefer you stay with us and enjoy all the amenities and fun offered at Dreams Bahia Mita. However, if you decide to stay elsewhere, you'll be required to pay for a day pass to enter the Dreams Bahia Mita resort in order to attend the wedding.
Make sure you have your passport with you and double check that it is up to date! Make sure your passport does not expire prior to AUGUST, 2024. It must be valid for at least two months after the date of departure. Kids, even babies, also require a passport. If you don’t have a passport and need to apply for one do it sooner rather than later (trust us on this one). Passports can take at least 3 months to arrive and can even take a month just to get an appointment to apply.
