FAQs

Question

When’s the wedding?

Answer

We will have their ceremony in Ocho Rios, Jamaica on 6/26/26 at Sandals Ochi. We encourage guests to fly in on Wednesday, June 24th to attend a welcome cocktail party to celebrate their arrival.

Question

Tell me about Sandals Ochi and how you both decided on this location and resort?

Answer

Jamaica holds a special place in our hearts, and we knew we wanted to create unforgettable memories there with our closest friends and family. We chose Sandals Ochi because it's located in beautiful Ocho Rios, a vibrant area we were drawn to. This Sandals resort offered the perfect combination of what we were looking for: an all-inclusive, adults-only experience with a focus on luxury and romance. Sandals Ochi also offers fantastic amenities, including activities, dining options, and special features that we feel our guests would enjoy.

Question

How much will this cost per person or per couple per stay?

Answer

Depending on the length of your stay and the type of room you want prices for your stay will vary per person. Please contact our travel agent Nancy Finn and she will price out the options for you. A deposit of $400 per couple will be needed to secure the room and will go toward your stay. Be advised there is a three-night minimum stay and rooms are double-occupancy with only king beds, so prices listed will be per two people. This resort is all-inclusive meaning all foods, drinks, tips, and a wide variety of activities are included. We are estimating travel expenses to be approx. $2000 per person, including flights, the all-inclusive resort stay, travel insurance, and Club Mo Bay access. Again, prices fluctuate so please secure rooms as soon as possible. You will be able to pay in installments to keep you accountable.

Question

Can I book online myself?

Answer

No, we ask that all guests attending do not book on line. You must book with Nancy to be a part of all the wedding functions and activities.

Question

I would like to stay somewhere else and attend the wedding is that possible?

Answer

We want all of our guests to stay at the resort for at least three days for our wedding festivities. If that is not feasible, we would like for you to personally reach out to us to better understand your situation. With that being said, guests who choose not to stay at the resort will be in charge of coordinating travel arrangements and paying a day pass fee to come to the wedding of $150 per adult and $55 per child.

Question

I’m in! How can I get started and when do I need to notify the couple by?

Question

How will we get to the resort from the airport and vice versa?

Answer

Getting to and from Sandals Ochi is a breeze! Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ) is about a 90-minute drive from the resort. Sandals provides complimentary round-trip airport transfers, so you don't have to worry about transportation. When you arrive at MBJ, you can relax in the Sandals lounge while you wait for your shuttle. For an even more enhanced experience, Club Mobay offers a lounge area and expedited service through customs and immigration.
