When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 15th to allow the couple to ensure you a seat and dinner.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by two-thirty in the afternoon. The ceremony will begin at three o'clock and we would love for everyone to be present.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would like to ask everyone to wear outdoor semi-formal attire. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with a covered reception to follow. If it rains, we will move all events under the covered area. Please note, the majority of the evening will be in the grass.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a room block at the Wingate by Wyndham in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, Virgina. This hotel is approximately an hour from the venue. If you prefer a closer hotel to the venue, there are hotels available in the Elizabeth City area in North Carolina. These hotels are approximately thirty minutes from the venue.
