What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Are kids allowed?

This is an adult only event.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guests name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
To enhance the elegance of our celebration, we ask this be a formal event. Men : Tuxedo or Suit of any color is acceptable Women : Formal Gown Feel free to add a little western flare to it, boots, bolos and cowboy hats Think "elevated western"

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Majority of the event is outdoors, however there is a lounge for our guest that is indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is a parking lot on the property, once you arrive at Hidden Acres the security will direct you to where our event will take place.

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?
Answer
We do not have a registry as your presence is our greatest gift. But If you wish to contribute to our future, a card box will be available at the wedding for your thoughtful wishes.

Is there a shuttle between the hotel and venue?
Answer
Yes, as a gift to you, Taylor and I have arranged shuttle transportation to and from the event if you are going to be staying at Ayres Hotel Rialto/Fontana. Please look at Travel for further information.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We will be staying at Ayres Hotel Rialto/Fontana and they have given us a discounted rate for rooms. Please call them and mention the Hidden Acres Discount for booking.
